Privacy policy
This page explains the information used by the SteadyLikes website, its shopping bag, private order tracking and email support. A public TikTok link identifies a destination; your TikTok password is not needed.

Information you provide
When you add a package to your bag, the site stores the package identifier and the TikTok link you entered in a signed browser cookie. An order record includes a reference, contact email, services, quantities, target links, amounts, currency, and payment and delivery status. Order events record changes needed to follow the order.
If you email support, your email address, message and any attachments are received in our support mailbox. Send only information relevant to the enquiry. Avoid including private messages, unrelated personal information, payment card details or account credentials in screenshots.
Why this information is used
Bag information keeps your selected packages together between visits. Order information connects the correct service to its destination and supports private tracking. Support correspondence helps identify an affected package, answer a question or review a refill or refund request.
The site also uses authentication and security controls to protect administrative access and private order records. Knowing an order reference alone does not provide access to its tracking details; the separate access code is checked as well.
Cookies and their lifetimes
The steadylikes_bag cookie lasts up to seven days and contains signed package selections and target links. The steadylikes_order cookie lasts one hour after successful order verification and enables access to that order. The steadylikes_admin cookie lasts up to eight hours and is used for administrator sign-in.
These cookies support site functions rather than advertising profiles. You can remove them through your browser settings. Removing the bag cookie clears the saved selection; removing the order cookie means you must verify access again. Deleting a browser cookie does not delete a corresponding server-side order record or an email already sent to support.
Storage and service providers
The website and its database are hosted on a dedicated server in Germany. Support email is handled through Zoho Mail. Hosting and email services process information as part of providing those functions. Website storage and the support mailbox are separate systems.
Links to TikTok or another external website take you to a service with its own privacy practices. A public TikTok link can identify an account, so avoid posting private order information alongside it in public support requests.
Cookies, records and backups
The cookie lifetimes above describe browser access, not a deletion timetable for order records. Order and support information can be needed to address an open enquiry, establish what happened to a service or handle a dispute. The application does not currently apply an automatic age-based deletion schedule to order records.
The website database has daily backup copies with seven-day retention. A change to the active database may therefore remain in a backup until that copy expires. For a question about retention of your particular information, contact us with enough context to identify the record.
Access, correction and deletion requests
Email info@steadylikes.com to ask about information relating to you, request a correction or request deletion. State the type of request and, where relevant, the order reference. Do not include your password or private access code. We may need to establish that a request relates to your information before disclosing or changing a record.
Available privacy rights and any record-retention obligations depend on the applicable law and circumstances. You can also raise a concern with the relevant data protection authority. Contact us if you need clarification about a particular use of your information.
