The important part is the destination, not how long the copied text looks. A short share link can redirect to a longer address. A profile may contain many videos, but that does not turn its profile URL into a link for every post. Equally, a video page may show the creator's name without being the creator's profile page.
How to get the right profile link
Open the intended account in TikTok and check its @username. Use the profile's sharing option to copy its link, or open the profile in a browser and copy the address. Button names and locations can vary across app versions, so use the destination check below if your screen looks different.
Paste the link into a browser before using it elsewhere. It should open the account you intended, with the expected username and profile content. The full video address usually contains the account name followed by /video/ and a numeric identifier. Keep that identifier intact. Removing the video part changes what the link identifies; it does not create a shorter version of the same video destination.
For a video-specific selection, compare TikTok likes packages or TikTok views packages. Both use an individual video URL. Selecting followers does not distribute a follower package across the videos on a profile, and selecting views does not apply that quantity to every upload.
What to do with a short share link
